UCD Estate Services is pleased to announce that a LUAS shuttle bus trial service will run during the month of September.
The objective of the trial is to test the viability of such service during term. The LUAS Shuttle Bus service will be trialled from the 7th until the 30th of September, and it will operate Monday to Friday.
This service will connect the Sports Centre bus stop and Windy Arbour LUAS station. During this trial period, the service will run from Windy Arbour at 8 and 9am. and will depart from UCD at 4:10 and 5:10 pm. The cost of the service to the user will be €1.
If successful, this service will continue to strengthen the links that connect UCD to public transport services during term time. UCD already runs a Shuttle Bus service linking Belfield to DART services (Sydney Parade) during term.
