Operational arrangements during the Christmas period 2015

The University’s Buildings will close at 17:30, Wednesday, December 23rd 2015 and reopen at 08:00 on Monday, 4th January 2016.
Out-of-hours access arrangements apply during this period for staff and graduate students only.
Graduate students are reminded to ensure that they have made arrangements with their Schools in advance of the building closure if they intend accessing the building before the University re-opens in January. For any queries please contact us

Most of the University’s restaurants will close around 14:30 on Wednesday, December 23rd 2015 and reopen at 08:00 on Monday, 4th January 2016.
From Monday December 14th 2015 until Friday 8th January 2016 most spaces will operate reduce hours.

Final delivery of daily incoming regular and registered mail will take place on the morning of the 23rd December 2015.
The final outgoing post will be collected by An Post at 16.00 on the 23rd December 2015.
The Mail Room closes at 16.30 on the 23rd December 2015 for the Christmas period and reopens on the 4th January 2016.

There will be no deliveries or collections of post during this period.
