A Fault reported in Newstead affecting all inbound and outbound calls from fixed-line extensions continues to be fixed. Fault has been caused by loss of power to the building, which damaged some critical equipment. All services are now restored.

Fault determined to have been caused by an unplanned power outage. Damaged hardware on local telephone system serving Newstead identified. Replacement hardware sourced.
