Estates Services have restored water supply to Belfield Campus and supply to buildings will be restored on a phased basis.

UCD have been advised that the repair works by Irish Water have been completed. UCD Estate Services will now complete a number of checks before restoring the water supply to the Belfield Campus.

Please note that due to emergency repair works taking place by Irish Water on the main water supply network to South Dublin, there will be disruptions to Belfield Campus water supply from Friday the 25th of January at 11pm until Saturday night.

UCD has been advised that there will be a likely loss of water supply during this period. Please ensure that all non-essential equipment requiring water and all taps are turned off from 5pm Friday 25th of January.

In addition, for on-Campus residents In preparation we recommend that you store some water for drinking , cooking, flushing toilets, etc. before the shutdown. Please ensure that all taps and showers in the apartment are turned off during this time.
