On the 15th of February, we are having a cookery demonstration in the Lower Ground Floor area of the Gerald Manley Hopkins Building (Main Restaurant). The cookery demonstrations will take place from 11.30pm to 2.30pm and will focus on the following;
-Meals from scratch students can cook on a budget,
-Health and how important it is to have a good diversity of foods,
-Diets and why they are not always the answer,
-What food products we should look out for,
The cookery demonstrations will be carried out by Chef Adrian. Chef Adrian is a young Irish chef from Cavan who is passionate about food and cookery.
