UCD Estate Services are pleased to announce we are working with Parkunload on a trial basis to investigate ways we can better manage access to and use of electric vehicle charging spaces on campus.

As part of the trial, we have placed new smart signage in three EV charging locations on the Belfield campus:

• Ashfield Car Park (Car Park O11)
• Tierney Car Park (Car Park N4)
• Sutherland Car Park (Car Park O3)

The service works by downloading the Parkunload app from the Google or Apple stores. Users quickly register their car details and can use the app to display available spaces prior to parking or entering campus.
Once parked in the EV space open the app; using the smart signage in place the app will automatically detect the area you are parked in and will show you the maximum allowed parking time.
